Trust - Continue to Serve

Trust is next up on the list of Seven Critical Factors to Team Strong Leadership. The Trust factor again has 3 critical elements - Be and stay credible, be dependable and continue to serve.

The third component of trust is to continue to serve.

A leader who believes in the team, and sees each person as a key contributor, sets the tone of service
It all starts with leaders exhibiting a behavior of care and support for others.
When you serve others, you are demonstrating your belief in the cause and that you are all in with them -- and for them.
