Asad, a young aspiring scientist In his words: 1. Shuaji was extremely polite and pleasant. I described my core problem to her and she listened very intently.

1. She explained the whole Reiki healing process to me before starting the sessions. After every session she asked me to describe what and how I felt during the session.

2. After each session, I felt serene/relaxed. I also felt a bit sleepy.

3. During the sessions, I felt warm energy 'waves' emanating from her hands. It felt very pleasant and relaxing; almost inducing a meditative state. During the sessions when my eyes were closed, I could sometimes 'see' patterns/shapes, like fractals or even dynamic Rorschach patterns.

4. After the three sessions, my sleep improved, both in terms of quality and duration. Although my core problem (astral entity disturbance) remains, I feel that I am able to go about my daily life largely unaffected by it after the sessions. I guess I have become more robust to the disturbance.

5. I reckon that the sessions will be particularly beneficial for people who are undergoing emotional turmoil, or feel overstressed or overwhelmed by everyday mundane issues. Also, I think everyone can benefit from these sessions in different ways and to varying degrees.

6. I am very happy that I experienced these Reiki healing sessions. The aforementioned energy waves during the sessions felt very real. Many people would dismiss this because it's not 'proven by modern science' etc etc...

However, as an (aspiring) scientist, I know that there are many phenomena in our universe/reality that we have yet to discover and explain formally. Reiki, it seems, is one of those phenomena. I am glad that there are healers like Shuaji who can harness it for helping others, even though we don't have a formal understanding of it yet. 7. Yes, I would like to have more Reiki sessions.
