It was about changing my stance from identification to observation, and how that single shift softened fear, reduced hypervigilance, and allowed my nervous system to feel safer again.

We explore why health anxiety often turns symptoms into identity, how survival mode keeps sensations feeling personal, and why healing begins not by getting rid of symptoms, but by no longer becoming them.
