Misconceptions and Realities of Corporate Governance in Nigeria with Yemi Candide-Johnson and Ife Omotola

1. Ife Omotola is and associate at the renowned Nigerian law firm Aluko & Oyebode where her focus is on disputes and settlements. She’s a qualified lawyer in Nigeria and the UK. She’s an Alumni of the University of Exter (LL.B) & University College London (LL.M). She is also co-host of the podcast “Pod from the Bar” where she and her cohost discuss how they navigate life as a lawyer in Nigeria and analyze the law as well.
2. Yemi Candide-Johnson is a senior partner at Strachan Partners, a leading commercial law firm based in Nigeria .He is also a Senior Advocate of Nigeria(SAN) since 2003. He’s an Alumni of Kings College London( LL.M). He’s an author of several scholarly papers as well as the leading text book on Arbitration in Nigeria and He has acted either as counsel or as arbitrator in several domestic and international commercial arbitrations in the maritime, petroleum and construction industries.
