103. Restoring Hope: Re-Anchoring the Soul

In this final episode of the Anchoring Hope series, we talk about how hope is restored — not forced.

If you’ve been trying to make yourself feel hopeful and finding it exhausting or discouraging, this episode is for you.

Scripture describes hope as an anchor for the soul — something that holds us steady even when storms don’t stop. In this conversation, we explore how God gently rebuilds hope through honesty, endurance, re-anchoring our hearts in His character, and allowing healing to happen in safe connection.

This episode is an invitation to stop striving and let God restore what pain has loosened.

Hope promises presence, steadiness, and eternity.

Sometimes hope doesn’t feel like excitement.
Sometimes it looks like willingness, breath, and staying.

That still counts.
