Postpartum otherwise known as the fourth trimester, is experienced by each and every single mum, but not in the same way.

Maxine Attard makes her hosting debut in this fresh episode and is joined by three amazing guests; Steph Rogers; mum of 2, educator and influencer. Steph speaks about her experiences of postpartum and how it changed from her first to her second child. She talks about her own coping mechanisms, and how she began to feel more like herself- even though it was met with backlash on her social media platforms.

Dorothy Bezzina; mum of 2, educator, singer, actress and producer shares her unique and interesting take on the term ‘bouncing back’, as well as enlightening us with her positive approach to postpartum. Our third guest on the show is Rebecca Mizzi, mother of 2, hypnobirthing teacher and independent midwife with Positive Birth Malta. Rebecca debunks postpartum myths,

talks us through what truly happens during the postpartum period, and gives golden advice to couples and new mothers.
