Island of the Haunted Dolls

Just south of Mexico City lies the mysterious Isla de las Muñecas, the island of haunted dolls. Abandoned by humans, it is now inhabited solely by thousands of mutilated toys suspended from ceilings, trees, and moored boats. The chilling legend speaks of a man who, haunted by a lifeless girl he once rescued from the water, adorned the island with dolls in a desperate attempt to appease her vengeful spirit, only to find that the haunting persisted relentlessly.
