Women on Top - Punam Krishan

Recorded live at Collector’s Hall, Glasgow. egg founder and host Kylie Reid is joined by Punam Krishan for a joyful, honest and reassuring conversation about women’s health, hormones and being kinder to ourselves.

Punam is an NHS GP based in Glasgow, a regular doctor on BBC Morning Live, a mum of two, and widely known as your GP bestie for health and wellbeing. She also appeared on Strictly Come Dancing in 2024, a journey we talk about in this episode, from vision boarding to intentionally putting herself forward.

At the heart of this live conversation is perimenopause, a topic affecting so many women in the egg community. Punam brings clarity, compassion and calm, helping to normalise what can often feel confusing or overwhelming.

Together, Kylie and Punam talk openly about symptoms, supplements, coffee and alcohol, what is worth your time and money, and what probably is not. A key thread throughout is Punam’s belief that women deserve to be heard and to feel seen.
