Jeffrey Epstein earned the reputation as the proverbial king of slime because he thrived in the moral runoff of elite power, operating where money, secrecy, and exploitation overlapped. He trafficked in secrets, introductions, and kompromat, making himself indispensable to those who feared exposure or craved influence. His wealth was opaque, his credentials dubious, yet doors opened for him everywhere because he knew how to flatter egos and exploit appetites.
