A Conversation with Author and Self-Care Organization Founder, Marsha Parcou

MARSHA PARCOU is a businesswoman based in the Seychelles Islands, who is on a mission to empower women from all walks of life to grow through all forms of self-care. As the founder of Fasinasyon, she has created an inspiring complete packaged lifestyle brand that promotes a healthy and holistic approach to the body, mind and soul through a range of services: life coaching, beauty and skincare products.

Accredited by the Health Coach Institute, USA , she coaches using International Coach Federation (ICF) tools and exercises whilst delivering her own unique framework for transformation. She provides the support, structure and strategy to permit the beautiful journey of your personal growth.

She is also co-founder of Chatterbox Café located at Eden Plaza, the most instagrammable café, and by far the most well-established coffee shop brand and business on Mahe Island, Seychelles. Under her belt, she also has 10 years of experience in tourism marketing management having worked for Seychelles Tourism (then known as the Seychelles Tourism Board).

"Today, my mission in life is to empower as many women as I can to shine their truest light." says Marsha. "In 2022, I launched Fanm Fasinasyon (Fanm is the Seychellois Creole word for Woman) – a community for women to laugh, cry and grow together. I’m excited to see this blossom, and invite you to join! Remember that together, we are more resilient."

"Your life is an ever-unfolding story, not one that already has a predetermined ending," Marsha asserts. "Who you've always been and who you've been shaped to be does not have to be who you become."

Becoming a Fanm Fasinasyon, My Journey, available on Amazon, is her first biography/self-help book. It includes how she overcame her battle with obesity, the pain of her broken marriage, and challenges in business and in life.
