Scary Skinwalker Stories

Skinwalker Stories are a subgenre of horror rooted in Native American folklore, particularly among the Navajo people. The Skinwalker (known as yee naaldlooshii in Navajo) is a shape-shifting witch or sorcerer who has the ability to transform into, or possess, various animals, often for malicious purposes. These creatures are typically associated with dark magic, evil intent, and terrifying encounters. In Skinwalker Stories, the narrative often revolves around encounters with these shape-shifters, who can take on the form of wolves, coyotes, bears, owls, or other animals.
