Theresa's AHA moment came through adversity when she went through a near death experience. It helped her realize that even though you go through challenging situations, you still have the power to decide the outcome. This also led Theresa to create her RISE program.

Her Life After the Discovery of Self Confidence

Theresa went through alot of inner work such as working through her traumas to show up as the powerful woman that she is today. She also learned to set boundaries.
