Alex James Gets Alan Carr Drunk: Britpop Booze, Blue Monday Cheese & a Blind Rosé Battle!

This week on Bottoms Up!, another celeb has sent the boys some wine as Alan and Lee crack open Brandi Carlile’s very own sparkling Pinot Gris. Blur bassist and Britpop legend turned winemaker Alex James joins the boys for a chat about his new tour Britpop Classical - and he’s brought some very special treats with him for Alan and Lee to enjoy. Alex shares his very own Blue Monday cheese (perfect with a Frazzle) plus some super strength home brew that nearly knocks Alan and Lee off their chairs. The boys reminisce about The BRITs, Alex reveals his secret heartburn cure after too much champagne, and a Blind Taste Test sees Whispering Angel take on its supermarket rivals.
