456 The Transformational Church: Begins with you wk 1 010823

What is a transformational Church? How can we become a church that God uses to help transform those that attend? A church that God uses to transform the community where it is located. A church that God uses to help transform the world around us! Becoming a transformational church begins with each one of us allowing God to transform us from the inside out.

The Word of God specifically used the word transform multiple times in the New Testament when talking about the change that takes place when we believe in Jesus and commit our lives to Him. What does that transformation look like in your life? Has it begun? Has it stalled? We will never become who God wants us to be by remaining who we are. Daily we should reflect more and more of the image of God. The Spirit of God desires to continue this transformation until our life on earth is over and we are perfected in His presence.

Maybe you have never placed your faith and trust in Jesus. We would love an opportunity to share with you how to do just that! That would be an incredible way to begin the New Year. God loves you. He created you and He has a plan for you in 2023. Maybe that plan begins with taking the first step toward a relationship with Him today. If you know Jesus but do not have a church home, we want to invite you to be a part of what God is doing among His people at Berea Christian Church.
