IN CONVERSATION: Cyan Ta’eed

We’re joined today by serial entrepreneur Cyan Ta’eed, who has gone from working out of her parents’ basement in 2006 to building a tech empire in her online design and photography hub, Envato. Over the last couple of years, Cyan has directed her energy and efforts into Hey Tiger, an ethical chocolate brand that functions as a social enterprise, where each bar sold helps community development projects for cocoa farming communities in West Africa. Cyan is incredibly successful, yes, but she’s also kind, and oozes compassion with everything she does. Here, we discuss how she went from being in her mid-twenties with nothing to her name, to being in her late thirties with hundreds of employees, and everything in between. Want more from Cyan?
