IN CONVERSATION: Brandon Jack

For those unfamiliar, Brandon Jack was born with sporting prowess in his blood; Brandon grew up with a father, Garry, who was a star player and coach in the rugby league. His brother Kieren was an AFL premiership player, and for a time was captain of the Sydney Swans. Brandon gave professional sport a crack himself - he played alongside Kieren at Sydney from 2013 to 2017 - before deciding his passion was writing. And feminist writing, at that. Now, Brandon is a columnist for the Sydney Morning Herald, where he writes about locker-room culture, feminism, and violence against women, among other things like current affairs and sport.
