Teacher To Real Estate Rental Expert Jason Griggs | Jason Griggs Real Estate Jason Griggs is a licensed Real Estate Agent and Team Leader of The Griggs Team at Simply Vegas in Henderson, Nevada. Originally from Long Island, New York, Jason moved to Las Vegas in June 2011, which proved to be one of the best decisions of his life. It was here where Jason’s passion for real estate ignited, and he started his journey to becoming one of the most successful realtors in the city. He has sold over 20 million dollars worth of properties in his real estate career and built his own real estate investment portfolio. Jason is a personal real estate investor himself and holds over 25 rental properties in Henderson, NV & other parts of the US. Slowly, he turned his investments into short-term rental properties and found tremendous success. Jason has become the biggest Short Term Rental investor in the Las Vegas / Henderson Nevada area, and now, he personally owns 11 successful short-term rental real estate properties and personally runs 11 of them with little to no effort. This industry has blessed him with huge success. He now wants to help experienced and aspiring real estate investors get into this lucrative industry and build massive – and almost passive – wealth. Jason has also teamed up with Brad Lea (Dropping Bombs Podcast Host) to educate Realtors and other investors on how to build their short-term rental portfolios. In 2016, Jason founded The Griggs Team, which consists of top real estate professionals in Nevada. Together, they have built a culture that motivates each of them to be their best selves and to provide the best service for their clients. Jason has also been named the Top 20 Realtors on Instagram by Property Sparks and Top 40 Agents Under 40 in Las Vegas. Business aside, Jason is an active member of the community. He started a lacrosse program called, Moving Up Lacrosse. It started out with 30 players and has grown to over 200 players. As a coach, he demonstrates the characteristics of being a genuine role model. He emphasizes the importance of teamwork and mental toughness. Jason believes that it is vital to give back to the community. His lacrosse program regularly participates in holiday food drives to ensure that the less fortunate have a warm meal to eat. As a collegiate athlete, he attended West Virginia University and completed his bachelor’s degree in Sports Marketing and Communications. He continued his education at Adelphi University and earned his master’s degree in Education. Currently, he resides in Henderson with his wife, Samantha, and their son James.
