Drawing on more than 30 years of international experience, Fabrizio shares his perspective on the evolving dining scene in Almaty through the lens of an Italian chef. Trained at the Culinary Institute IPSEOASC Giancarlo De Carolis in Spoleto, he has worked across Italy, the United Kingdom, Russia, and Kazakhstan, specializing in opening restaurants and developing high-end culinary concepts. Throughout his career, Fabrizio has served as executive and brand chef for leading restaurant groups in Saint Petersburg and Sochi, collaborated with the Probka Group, and contributed to the founding of the Italian culinary school Academia del Gusto in Moscow. He also taught as a master chef at Gambero Rosso Città del Gusto in Rome.
