One of these changes being, finding ways to still make money when your physical office may not be open. I have found and implemented 3 great ways to do this (pandemic or not) and it has made a huge difference my friends! (00:58)

You've heard me say it before, customer service starts from the top down. You set the tone and then your staff will follow. The question is, how do you communicate your vision effectively to your staff so that they in turn communicate it to your patients.
