Doesn't every practice just want a dream team of amazingly cohesive, efficient, and happy support staff? I know I do! We've talked in past episodes about how to "get the right people on the bus" and other tips for staffing but, the work is not done once you have everyone hired. To be an effective leader and get the kind of "dream team" you want, you need to continually develop and invest in your staff. In this episode I give my breakdown of how I do this in my practice and some tips and tricks I've learned over the last decade! (00:37)

In this week's office talk I discuss what it means to me and my practice for me to work ON the office vs. IN the office and how to create a workable balance. I also had a good conversation with my intern regarding frame inventory. I realize how far I've come and how much I've learned since I've started. Let me tell you, it has DRASTICALLY changed my philosophy on how long to let frames sit without selling before I switch them out. Enjoy! (20:08)
