Change is inevitable. It's going to happen. What we CAN control however, is how we react to it. Do we embrace it and jump right in? Or, do we run away from it for as a long as possible until we finally have to allow it kicking and screaming the whole way? Be the former, my friends. In this episode I go over how to conquer the fear of change in all aspects of your practice. Not only will this help in your everyday work, but hopefully you can apply this to other areas of your life as well. (00:32)

In keeping with the spirit of change this episode, in this week's Office Talk, I discuss how proactively preparing for my future office set me up to grow even faster than I expected. Sometimes we need to put the infrastructure/staffing/etc. in place BEFORE we actually need it in order to have the ability to grow without sacrificing our quality of care. There are also big things happening in the scleral world and I am excited to be one of the first docs to fit Valley Contax's new lens, PosEYEdon! (15:26)
