In this week's run down, we are talking about the future! Everyone wants to know what is going to be difference in 10 years. What is going to change? Historically, we are TERRIBLE at predicting future changes. But, what about things that are going to stay the same? I have a list of 7 things that I believe are NOT going to change in the next 10 years and will be building my practice around those.

In office talk, I have implemented one-on-one meetings with my managers and it has been a game-changer! We are staying on task and things are getting put into practice, tracked, and improved at an incredible rate compared to where we were. New systems are getting put in place and we are becoming more efficient every day.
