Stephen asks Richard about the importance of community, the groups hosting meet-ups around the world, and what makes the IT channel so special. Richard explains what they’ve meant to him, both personally and professionally.

Richard talks about why MSPs need to practice self-care and be honest about mental health challenges, and the tools he uses to help him relax. He also shares who’s inspired him in the world of business in general and technology in particular.
