A California man is under arrest as investigators say is a peeping creeper, recording guests at his vacation rental and kept thousands of illegal files involving children.

A transgender woman in New York pleads guilty to a sex crime involving a teenage boy and is expected to be released to ICE after receiving credit for time already served, then deported.
