If you know Washington, or have been to Mount Vernon, you know how much Washington cherished his trees. Washington was more than just our country's first president. He was a businessman, a farmer, a Christian, and a man who saw no limits. In a magical series of events, a man named Dave Schneck has been able to make incredible sounding guitars from one of George Washington's Trees that stood on Holy Ground for over 600 years.
