Past Trauma

In today’s episode, I’m gonna talk about a past trauma. And the one relationship that I’m going to talk to you about is my most recent abusive relationship that I was in. It kind of shows you why my mental health is as bad as it is today. I was in abusive relationships for 21 years. 21 years I dealt with being abused on a daily basis.
