• Growing Impact – Founded ten years ago, the program has expanded from 25 students to over 400, serving North Texas and expanding into new districts like Port Aransas.

• Diverse Mentors & Business Champions – Mentors come from all walks of life, from college students to retirees, and business professionals provide industry-specific guidance through job shadowing opportunities.

• Proven Success Stories – A student once reluctant about school gained confidence through mentorship and earned a full scholarship to Cornell, demonstrating the program's life-changing impact.

• Flexible Ways to Get Involved – Volunteers can commit to the 27-week mentorship or opt for a lighter role as a business champion, with additional summer workshops for students who need a shorter program.
