Our guest today is Malathi T. Krishnaswamy, an Entrepreneur, Motivational Speaker, Podcaster & mother of two.

Malathi started her career as a Technical Sales Engineer and chose to become an Entrepreneur after the birth of her first child and continues to be one to date. She has been living in Germany since 2002 with her family. Having graduated as an Engineer, she runs a company that provides Engineering and IT Services to Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises in Europe & India. In 2019, she founded another startup, Bhogya.Online, a sociocultural platform that aims to help Expat Indians stay connected to their roots. The platform brings together Artists and Art schools across Europe to bring Experiences that Matter from the rich Indian Culture to the people of Europe.

She hosts a Podcast titled "The Impressive Empress", where she talks to Impactful Indian Women Leaders across the Globe about their Inner Journey to Empowerment. As a speaker, she likes to talk about all aspects of a woman’s life and her talks would focus on ways of elevating the soul to ensure positive personal growth.

She enjoys cooking, reading about Hindu Religion & Philosophy, and collecting tidbits of information related to anything & everything. And through all her work, she aims to make the world more lovable and sustainable. Malathi supports the education of girl children, providing food & clothing for the underprivileged, protecting & feeding cows, and promoting Indian arts & culture.
