The space between us: On love, parenting and coming home to yourself with the beautiful dad and daughter duo, Pablo and Val.

On this episode of Prim Rose Light, this particular episode is so close to my heart. I sat down with the wonderful Pablo and Valerie from @time.with.dad on Instagram — one of my absolute favourite accounts and honestly, if you haven't found them yet, please go now - I am confident you won't regret it. It is nothing short of exquisite, raw and vulnerable and I have cried watching them more times than I have realised but at least could admit!

Pablo is a psychology-trained communicator and expert in human connection. Valerie is an intuitive life coach, world traveller and numerologist, devoted to helping people reconnect with who they truly are.
