Imposter syndrome gives you the feeling of being a fraud talking about a specific topic. You may think there must be experts in the audience that know much more about the topic than you do. In general, impostor syndrome is the anxious feeling that, despite all your accomplishments, you aren't actually very competent.

Instead of allowing it to belittle you, use that feeling as a catalyst to really double down on learning more about the topic. Don’t make it about you and focus on adding value to your audience.

In this episode with Colleen Sodano we will dissect what Imposter Syndrome is and what the tell tale signs are. We will also discuss some tips on how you can get over it.
