Episode 44 - Public Speaking : Achieve Your Speaking Goals

It is important to have clarity of what you want and how you want to achieve it. The depth of the goal or intention is important as well. Align your goals with your values, mission, and vision. Always be consistent in what you do and build habits that help you reach your goals.

Focus on the result and not the timeline. Commit to the process. Never underestimate what you can do in the long run and never overestimate what you can do in a short term. Put yourself out there and don’t wait for people to find you.

Practice flexibility to know that potentially you may not achieve the goals exactly as what you aim to be but it can transform into different but related achievements. If you keep on doing things you can achieve something in line with what you are doing.
