RTP Adventures - Orange and Yellow Part 6B

And here is the second half for the Youtube upload. Again, the whole thing uninterrupted is also out on Spotify, amazon, apple, and others.

This week we venture into the second film in the Pokemon series and its accompanying Pikachu Short. During the short we get to meet a bunch of new Pokemon that are not from the Kanto region as Pikachu and friends take a journey to rescue Togepi. We also are able to somewhat settle a debate between Shea Locke and Ruby about evolutions. Afterward we dive into the movie where we meet two more new Pokemon, find the homes of the 3 legendary birds, and find out that it's not ok to collect Pokemon...apparently. We also discuss the debate over where Charizard Chills belongs and we wonder about the nature of Delia and Professor Oak's relationship. We also get to see Professor Ivy again with glimpses of a long-missed companion as we uncover the truth of the prophecy and meet one of Johto's legendary Pokemon. It was a really fun journey for all of us as we had never seen the movie before with some of the best Team Rocket moments so far!

Then, after the episode, we return to Mt. Moon but...where are Midori and Violet? Who is this pink-haired girl and what are those Pokemon she has with her? Did Violet catch the Clefairy!? What is going ON!?!?

What is covered:

Pikachu Short: Pikachu's Rescue Adventure
