In this episode, I discuss something that many people in spiritual spaces struggle with but do not always talk about openly: boundaries.

For a long time, many of us have been taught that being spiritual means always being patient, forgiving everything, and constantly being the bigger person. But I believe that compassion and self-respect can exist at the same time.

In this conversation, I explore why protecting your energy is not selfish, why empathy does not require self-sacrifice, and how boundaries are a healthy and necessary part of spiritual growth.

I also talk about the guilt that can come with creating distance, how to recognize when someone is draining your energy, and why honoring your peace is one of the most important forms of self-awareness.
