I have been following Lisa on Social Media and listening to her Podcast, the Therapy Show, for quite some time. I love her positive energy and authenticity. She uses both to make her brand standout on social media. In today's episode she talks all about how to create a personal brand that goes beyond a single business through consistency and authenticity. Here is a little bit about Lisa. Overwhelmed and stressed out with little self-care, Lisa had her wake-up call in her mid 40s. Tired of going through the motions of life with her lifestyle and career as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, she decided to pursue her passion of creatively making a difference in the lives of others by creating a podcast for Talk Therapists. Through her coaching and trainings, she specializes in helping others design a life that allows them more time doing what they love. She is the host of the podcast, The Therapy Show with Lisa Mustard. She is also the creator of Your Brand Buildr, a free app to help you build your personal brand on social media. She is married to Billy and they have two daughters. They inspire her to live her best life every day.
