What started as a niche corner of the internet has exploded into a mainstream movement, where young men are obsessed with 'maximising' their physical attractiveness at any cost. But while it might look like a simple 'glow up' on the surface, its origins in incel forums and its link to extreme cosmetic surgery and steroids have experts sounding the alarm.
