• Dallas Cowboys — Caleb Downs arrives as a Pro Bowl-caliber safety; Malachi Lawrence & Jaishawn Barham give Dallas the pass rush it's been begging for
• Philadelphia Eagles — Howie Roseman steals Makai Lemon from Pittsburgh; Eli Stowers continues the Eagles' 2nd-round TE dynasty (Ertz → Goedert → Stowers); Cole Payton stashed as a developmental QB
