Mystrikast — Pausing to Be More Human

Here’s the episode where we slow down — on purpose.

We will dig into a simple, radical move at the core of Mystrikism: the deliberate pause. Not a vague mindfulness platitude, but a real, practical gap between the itch and the scratch where you can choose better.
