Ro: Pe dealurile pline de lalele colorate din Țara Lalelelor, Ion lucra de zor.
En: On the hills filled with colorful tulips in Țara Lalelelor, Ion was working diligently.

Ro: Era primăvară, iar Mihai, fratele său mai mare, îl îndemna să extindă afacerea familiei.
En: It was spring, and Mihai, his older brother, encouraged him to expand the family business.

Ro: Dar Ion avea alte planuri.

Ro: Vroia să expună la festivalul de flori din oraș și să lase pe toată lumea să admire lalelele sale.
