Mike details the sinister history, including the house's past as a site for public executions where a gibbet once stood. Crucially, Mike introduces the spectacular, recurring Christmas Eve haunting: a phantom coach pulled by headless horses and driven by a headless horseman, who arrives at the front door only for a beautiful, ghostly woman to step out before the whole procession vanishes.
