New York Times Sued Over Alleged Discrimination of White Man, Trump's Big Indiana Win: AM Update 5/7

The EEOC is suing the New York Times, alleging the paper violated the Civil Rights Act by passing over a white male employee for a promotion because of his race and sex - employment attorney James Fett weighs in.
