Cooper Chapman is a pro surfer, the founder of The Good Human Factory and the host of The Good Humans Podcast.

Cooper is on a mission. He is inspiring people in the way they view and take care of their mental health through his podcast and business, where he runs well-being workshops for students, sports clubs and corporate groups.

Cooper shares his story so far but our conversation goes down many different paths.

We hear about his latest self-challenge where he is taking on sobriety for an entire year. He shares with us what it’s like living a very social life full of big parties and events and staying sober.

Cooper told some unbelievable stories on networking and the amazing opportunities that have presented themselves just by being open to new conversations. One in particular will blow your mind!
