But this time we sat down with just Louis as he filled us in on his incredible social media rise, all things running and of course getting up close and personal with the man behind one of Australia's favourite creators.

Louis opened up about his recent Instagram boom which has not only seen him amass over 200 thousand followers but has opened up some amazing doors including becoming a Gymshark ambassador.
