Trav Grech is a founder & owner of some of Australia's biggest festivals & venues including Ultra & Good Things Festivals, The Emerson, Riviera, Circus, Electric & many more.

Trav is about to share his unique story with you.

From being a promoter at Chasers nightclub and earning between $1 and $2 per person he brought through the doors, to owning and operating some of the biggest venues, it is truly a rags to riches story.

But hearing what really goes on behind the scenes and his insane lifestyle will really blow you away.

Trav also shares some of the most incredible stories of dealing with Drake, Miley Cyrus and some of the wealthiest businessmen that pass through Melbourne to ensure they have unforgettable experiences.

We hear too about the not so glamorous side of the job. Like when people go too hard in a venue that leads to negative press, dealing with intoxicated people who cause issues and of course the long term effect lockdowns had on the industry.

Plus, you'll hear the crazy logistics that go into putting on a festival including the crazy money spent and what happens when talent pulls out.
