Mark Orval is the man behind the internet sensation 'Angry Dad'. For over 10 years the Angry Dad videos have made us laugh and turned Mark infamous!

There is so much more to Mark than just 'Angry Dad' but it was great to hear the story.

From their early videos and rapid social media fame to how they used it as a launch pad to other businesses and causes, Mark shares it all.

We talk about and react to some our favourite pranks and hear about the impact it had during its time...which include plenty of ups and downs.

Mark opens up about his mental health and the battle he had for many years and the premature end he had to his AFL career. He puts his hand up and admits the areas he got wrong which is refreshing to listen to.

In recent times, Mark also has battled serious cancer. He opens up about the day he found out and the fight he took on to beat it.
