hurt and healed people

We often label those who hurt us as toxic or broken, but it’s important to understand that hurt people don’t wake up plotting destruction. Instead, they are often bleeding on others without meaning to. Pain that isn't processed becomes projected - if you weren't taught to communicate, you might yell. If your emotions were never validated, you might dismiss others.

The truth is, pain repeats what it doesn’t repair. And sometimes, we've all been the hurt person, reacting out of our own unhealed wounds. But being unhealed doesn’t mean you’re unworthy; it means you’ve got work to do.

Healing isn't linear - you can have emotional maturity in one area but still struggle in another. The goal isn't to never hurt anyone again; it's to stop hurting people unconsciously.

Remember, healed people heal people. It’s not about being perfect; it’s about being aware and accountable. Imagine breaking the cycle of hurt by cultivating healing within yourself. That’s generational healing, and it’s powerful!

So, next time you find yourself reacting, get curious. Ask yourself, "What is this teaching me?" Pain is information, not your identity. Choose awareness and freedom.

Until next time, keep healing. ✨
