In this video, I speak with my good friend El from Polercise.

We cover a lot of different topics from pole dancing, competitive body building, running your own studio and how it feels to inspire so many people.

El is the woman who brought pole dancing and pole sport to Ireland, she had a dream to become an instructor, to teach the sport to anyone who wanted to learn, build a competition so to showcase the talent that Ireland has to offer and finally bring the world championships to Ireland, El has been able to achieve this and much more.

El talks about some of the challenges she has taken on in life including becoming a glamorous assistant to an incredible mentalist (me ) and the latest challenge of climbing Irelands tallest mountain Carrauntoohil 30 days in a row.

With everything El has achieved and everything she has challenged herself to do, it is still very clear that she is a really down to earth woman who really wants to give back to the people around her, in pole dancing, health and fitness, mental health or just a cup of tea and a bar, El’s kettle is always on and her door, ears and heart are always open.
