My Pregnancy Journey: Second Trimester Recap

On today’s solo episode, I’m sharing a full update on my pregnancy journey with a focus on all things health, beauty, wellness, and the routines that have been making me feel my best during this season. I dive into the workouts I’ve been prioritizing including pilates, strength training, mobility work, and daily walks, along with the nutrition changes I’ve made to support my body and hit my protein goals throughout pregnancy.
