The Ginja Hustle

If you work in the creative industry or the freelance world, grab a matcha latte and sit down. This week, Jason and I are pulling back the curtain on the absolute circus of chasing what you’re actually worth.

We’re breaking down the ultimate "Dos and Don’ts" of setting your rates, and exposing the oldest client trick in the book: the classic "we just don't have the budget" sob story. Funny how that budget magically evaporates even when the economy is flying high, innit?

We’re also calling out the people ruining the ecosystem by doing high-value work for absolute pennies. It’s hard out here, but undercutting everyone else just makes it worse for the rest of us. It’s time to grow a backbone and start charging properly.

We’re heading straight back into the alleyway for this week’s Ginja Combat Zone and we need your ammunition. Don't forget to send in your dilemmas and problems via Instagram so we can give you our useless advice.

DMMCH podcast is available on Spotify, Apple Podcast and YouTube. Don't forget to rate and subscribe! Leave us a fun five-star review! Thank You.

New episodes drop every Wednesday. Grab a cuppa and let’s get into it.
