Hr: Proljeće je stiglo na farmu u Slavoniji.
En: Spring had arrived on the farm in Slavonija.

Hr: Zemlja je bila zelena, a zrak je mirisao na svježe preorano tlo.
En: The land was green, and the air smelled of freshly plowed soil.

Hr: Ovu mirisnu harmoniju prekinuo je smeh djece, koji se miješao s pjesmom ptica.
