Adjusting the Plan Without Quitting

Adjusting the Plan Without Quitting

Sometimes life gets busy, plans change, and the things we meant to do get pushed aside.

In this episode of The Mindful Equestrian Podcast, I talk about what happens when we fall behind — in business, riding, training, content creation, or life — and how we can return without guilt, drama, or the feeling that we have to start over from scratch.

I share my own experience of getting behind on the podcast during a busy season of clinics, judging, appointments, and life, and how that became the topic for this episode.

We’ll talk about the difference between making excuses and practicing self-awareness, why consistency doesn’t have to mean perfection, and how taking one small next step can help us get unstuck.

Whether you missed a ride, got behind on a business task, changed your training plan, or simply needed a break, this episode is a reminder that adjusting the plan is not the same as quitting.

Sometimes you just need to pause, listen, adjust, and return.
